Southside House

Our house in Southside Birmingham is a classic. It’s sort of a Craftsman-Bungalow, and it has lots of charm. Tony has owned this home since 2004, and Amelia moved in in 2009. After living in it for a couple of years, we got the call to move to Chattanooga and had no choice but to rent it out (there wasn’t time to sell). Renters were in the home from 2011 to 2018, and it SHOWED. We decided to move back into this house and put some work into it, because we love the house and the neighborhood, and because real estate values are appreciating here. We’re close to everything we like to do downtown, and this house is cozy and sweet.
